Today I’m posting at Performance I Create, encouraging people to provide meaningful feedback instead of wasting time by merely checking a box. Here’s a sample:
It’s management’s duty to communicate and to make the job make sense to the employee. Motivated confusion will only last so long. True inspiration and leadership comes from helping the lightbulb to go off in your team’s head and helping them realize that they are valuable to the success of the organization.
