Today I’m posting over at Performance I Create, encouraging you to let others know the good that you’re doing in your organization.
When we do well, when we do different, and when we do better, we must break it down and write it down and report it. This helps to show and prove our value and justify our salaries. If you were hit by a bus tomorrow, those succeeding you would be able to continue your efforts and work to help the department thrive using your “memoirs”.
