How You Measure Success

Today I am posting over at Performance I Create, reminding leaders that numbers and stats alone does not a great performer make!  Here’s a sample:

MeasureSuccess doesn’t always show up in reports, and all success can’t be quantified. It is important as leaders to put less emphasis on things that fade, scoring higher and winning more awards, and more emphasis on consistent success….
